Capcom Cup 2015 Results!!!!

Hope Capcom Cup 2015 was exciting for you as it was for me. Ono has announced that Capcom Cup will be back in 2016 with Street Fighter V and another big prize pool totaling $500,000!!

Congratulations to Kazunoko on becoming the new Capcom Cup Champion!! Here are the top 8 results:

1. Kazunoko (Yun)

2. MCZ|Daigo Umehara(Evil Ryu)

3. RZR|Xian(Gen, Dhalsim, Poison)

4. r/Kappa|Poongko(Seth)

5. Misse(Makoto)

5. RB|Snake Eyez(Zangief, Evil Ryu)

7. Keoma(Abel)

7. RZR|Inflitration(Decapri, Chung-li)

The stage is set, the final pieces have gathered in San Francisco, California at the Playstation Experience, and there is no mistaking that when it’s all said and done, this will go down as one of the greatest moments in Street Fighter IV’s competitive history!!

Capcom Cup 2015 is just about to begin!! Starting today, 32 competitors will face each other leaving only one standing among the rest as champion and winner of the grand prize $120,000!!!

Many of us know that this may very well be the last time Street Fighter IV will get put on display at this capacity. No one knows what will become of the title once the new Street Fighter V hits the selves in February possibly making this year’s Capcom Cup the official send off for one the most played fighting games this last generation.

Starting from March of this year, players battled their way through several tournaments some earning their way by automatic qualifier others gaining ranking points by competing at several ranking events.

One thing remains totally clear, the best are in the building and their here to prove why they’ve earned their spot!
