Update 7/16/2016 10:49am- Finals day for Evolution 2016 is just about to get started!! Today will be a historic day for the fighting game community as this event will be taking place at the Mandalay Bay to a sold out crowd!! Mortal Kombat XL will be starting things off with Street Fighter V being the finale. You will find the stream for the finals here.

Remember Street Fighter V will be taking place on both the ~~CapcomFighters twitch.tv channel~~ and ESPN 2(subscription required) and is scheduled to start at 10:00pm PDT. We hope you enjoy this incredible day of finals on what will be a monumental day for fighting game competition!!!

Update 7/16/2016 10:58am- Day two of Evolution 2016 is just about to get under way!! Finals for Tekken 7, Super Smash Brothers Wii U, Pokkén Tournament, and Killer Instinct will be happening today. Also today will be the start of the Mortal Kombat XL and Ultimate Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 competition.

The biggest fighting game tournament the world has ever known is looking to make history this year and it all starts now!!

Evolution 2016 promises to be a full weekend of intense high level fighting game competition!! Players have converged on Las Vegas from all around the globe to go through what we expect to be a gauntlet of hard fought matches to earn their way to the highly coveted EVO trophy.

With EVO being the biggest stop on the Street Fighter V Capcom Pro Tour, 1st place winner will take home the largest pot bonus of the season and an automatic spot at this years Capcom Cup. This will be no easy feat however as a record 5,000+ players have entered to compete this year!!

The largest Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom 3 tournament will be taking place at EVO!! Will UMVSC3 have its first repeat EVO champion in Kane Blue River?! Tune in to find out!

Nether Realms Studios is keeping the competitive fire burning after ESL Pro League season 3 by adding a $50,000 pot bonus for Mortal Kombat XL. Will anyone be able to stop Sonic Fox’s reign at this historic contest which will require an insane amount of heart and endurance for this years competitors?!!

Pokkén Tournament, a game that is making its first debut on the Evo stage, will be host to the final Masters Division Major as a part of the Pokkén Tournament Champion series for North America where the top 2 finishers will earn an automatic placement at the World Championships in August!!
