It would be remiss of me not to speak on my home town major that, if you don’t mind me bragging, just happens to be the first fighting game major tournament to ever be created! Final Round is getting ready to start and will be running from today until the finals on Sunday.
As the first stop on the Capcom Pro Tour Premier events, you can expect the killers to be present and ready to take names so you won’t want to miss a minute of the hi-level Ultra Street Fighter IV competition that is going to take place over this weekend.
While USF4 is sure to have a great showing, it is not the only fighting game being showcased. As Final Round is THE premier tournament for the Tekken community, the recently released Tekken 7,which has just made its way to arcades in Japan, will make an appearance at this years competition as well!
This tournament is offline, of course, so if your in the Atlanta, Georgia area, I definitely urge you to come out as they’ll be a great deal of things to do besides just spectating the exciting matches that take place. We’ve placed the address below:
