Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition Announced For Next Year!!

Capcom has officially announced a new version of Street Fighter V titled Arcade Edition:

The biggest highlights of this new edition includes the long awaited Arcade Mode, the addition of a second V-Trigger for each character and, an overhauled user interface design. As promised, owners of the original Street Fighter V will be getting this update free of charge but it is still uncertain as to what will be included as it pertains to non purchased DLC. Interested new comers will be able to grab this title in a new package that will contain season 1 and 2 characters  for just $39.99.

There were many rumors as to this being a possibility based on discoveries found by data miners. Just recently, Taito announced that it would be bringing the game, based on the Steam version of the game, to their special arcade board which further hinted at a new version of Street Fighter V being a real possibility.

Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition will be available early next year on January 16th 2018. There is more information to come and more reveals as well which we expect will be unveiled during New York Comic-Con so be sure to stay tuned for incoming info. For now, you can check out the full details on the Capcom-Unity website.
