The Belmont Clan, King K Rool, And More Coming To Super Smash Bros. Ultimate!!

At the top 8 finals of the Smash Bros. Melee competition during the EVO 2018 weekend, Nintendo unveiled a new Nintendo direct would be taking place today. The subject: Smash Bros. Ultimate. Suffice to say the Nintendo direct which aired at 10:00 am EST this morning was a direct Smash and this is no pun intended.

The live stream started off with a bang, or should I say, a Belmont as they revealed Simon from the infamous Castlevania series would be making his way to the Ultimate roster along with his echo descendant Richter who will have a few quirks of his own. Make no mistake, Castlevania is coming to Smash in a big way! Dracula will be making surprise appearances in certain game modes and his son Alucard will also be available as an assist character.

The reveals certainly did not stop there, we would even go as far as to say they would not stop as Nintendo proceeded to reveal two more echo characters, new stages, new character assists, and another new character King K Rool the main antagonist from the Super Nintendo classic Donkey Country. If ever there was such a thing as a stand-alone video game collectors edition,  then Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has to be it. At this point, the game is literally overloaded with content and there is no telling if there is an end in sight.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will have a total of 103 Stages

What is even more mind-blowing is the fact that all of the content revealed during the latest direct will be available on day one of its release. That in itself is truly unfathomable. The full Nintendo Direct is no available for viewing and we have added it below so you can see what is coming in full detail.  Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will be coming to the Nintendo Switch on December 7th. We recommend that if you have the funds, pre-order it now as we have it on good authority that this game will be a serious stocking stuffer!!
