That’s right!! Capcom Cup will have a live match showcasing the recently announced Street Fighter V!!!

Throughout the year, 16 players competed in several hard fought tournaments earning their place either through ranking points or event qualifiers. On December 13th, these 16 players, who come from all different regions of the world, will converge on The Warfield in San Francisco, Ca to compete in this years Capcom Cup!!
Unlike the previous Capcom Cups, there will only be Ultra Street Fighter IV this time around. With a prize pool of 50,000 going out to top 3 finishers in the tournament, you can expect that competitors are going to be giving it their all to make it to number 1!
In addition to the main competition taking place at Capcom Cup, there will be the new DLC Omega Mode Exhibition. Unfortunately, the big surprise that Ono was going to give the players has been let out of the bag but he promises he will have something special at Capcom Cup.
While some of the players from last years competition will be competing once again, several new players including EVO’s 2014 champion Luffy will be in attendance. We’ve compiled some player profiles and interviews created by Capcom Fighters below so you can get to know some of the competitors participating in this tournament.
