New Details On Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[st] And Enkidu Revealed!!

Arc System Works has released more details about the upcoming console version for Under Night In-Birth Exe: Late[st] scheduled to release this summer in Japan.

A character breakdown for Endiku, a console DLC exclusive character, gives us some insight into what the ancient martial arts practitioner will have at his disposal.  Endiku’s special moves set looks to include a three string attack, and a parrying attack. His infinite worth attack “Rasen Soushouda” looks to deal big damage but requires you to be close to your opponent.

Uniel[st] is definitely getting the upgrade treatment as well when it comes to game modes. For those that enjoy a good story, a new mode titled as Chronicle Mode adds 10 hours to the original story mode and is promising to bring character origins and meeting stories “to light”. In addition to the extra story mode, Uniel[st] will be also getting a much needed tutorial mode and a mission mode as well.

As we already surmised, Vita users will not be apart of the online cross play compatibility that PS4 and PS3 users will have. This is certainly disappointing news but we at least hope that the PSTV will be compatible with this latest title which could potentially help.

We are also holding out for hope on the western front as well as there has not been any confirmation about a possible english release as of yet. Under Night In-Birth EXE:Late[st] will make its way to home console in Japan on July 20th!!
