Red Bull Proving Grounds Season 1 Finals Results!!
Update 06/26/2017 10:18am EDT- We have come to the exciting conclusion of the Red Bull Proving Ground finals for the spring season. Fall season will begin on August 5 as players will return to compete for the chance to win an all expense paid trip to the final Capcom Pro Tour event at the Red Bull Battle Grounds tournament!! We have updated the final results below:
Update 06/25/2017 5:53pm EDT- Things are about to go down to the wire as final rounds for the Spring season begins in just a few!! There are only two rounds left to determine which two teams will face off in the Grand Finals!!
At the moment team Los Angles leads the west coast while team Philadelphia leads the east coast region. Though these two teams may be ahead in points, they are certainly not in the clear as many of the other teams are hot on their heels coming into the final rounds. We have updated each teams W/L results below.
The spring season finale of Red Bull Proving Grounds is just about to get started in a few!! Players have been competing at different locations from around the country including online to earn their place at today’s event but unlike like your average fighting game event, it will take a team effort for the winners of this tournament to come out on top. The 3 top ranked players of each region will join forces to take down other competing regions in a group stage format that is sure to showcase some intense competition as players fight to represent their home towns.
The first round of this two day competition will put west coast teams against each other with the same being done for east coast teams. We have provided the represented coasts and regions below:

Each coast will compete in a 5 round robin format with rounds 4-5 happening tomorrow leading into grand finals where the highest scoring teams from each coast will go head to head in a final battle. At stake, a cash prize totaling $6,000, and an all expense paid trip to EVO 2017 in Las Vegas for the winning region AND the top 8 ranked players in the winning region!! Does it get anymore exciting than this?!
