Street Fighter V Improved CFN Beta Test Coming To PC!!

Back in January, Capcom mentioned that they were working on making improvements to the Capcom Fighters Network for Street Fighter V. It would seem that they are close to completing the update and are planning to do a Beta for the Steam PC client.

This beta will be separate from the retail version of SFV and will be free to download and play for those who have not purchased the game. Players will also have the chance of trying out the entire cast which includes the latest DLC character for season 2 Kolin. Additionally, players will get to try out balance changes for the cast as well.

Matchmaking, online loading times, and a friend management system are just a few of the improvements that are planned for CFN. Once the Beta has concluded, expect to see an official release happen for both the PS4 and the PC shortly after.

The Beta test starts on March 28th @ 1pm PDT/4pm EDT and will continue until April 3rd ending @ 12pm PDT/3pm EDT.

Additional details can be found of the Capcom-Unity blog post.
