Final Fantasy: Dissidia Arcade Game May Be Coming To PS4!!

The internet has been buzzing about the recently released information on the upcoming arcade release for Final Fantasy: Dissidia. Back in February, a teaser was released but not much was given when it came to details until today!

After a closed conference for the title, we’ve discovered a great deal of wonderful information about the game. For starters, the game is being co-developed by Dead Or Alive creators Tecmo Koei and are said to be handling a great deal of the games development.

Another big reveal is the fact that the Arcade will be developed on modified Playstation 4 hardware! The screen shots below show a very unique control scheme with signature playstation buttons that confirm this.

It is also confirmed that the Final Fantasy Dissidia Arcade will be exclusive to the arcade for at least a year before they even “consider” it becoming available on console.

In regards to roster appearances, the new Dissidia is expecting to see 50 playable characters some of which are confirmed from games that were outside of the main franchise like Final Fantasy Tactics!! Characters will gradually be updated after the release via the internet.

The expected release for the Arcade version should be this Fall so stay tuned as we await news for an official console release!
