EVO 2014 Starts Today!!
The biggest fighting games competition that brings many competitors from across the globe starts today. EVO 2014 is underway and FGO wants to give the info on everything that will be taking place this weekend.
EVOLUTION or EVO for short has been a long running fighting game competition showcasing some of the most popular fighting game franchises played at there most highest level. With an attendance of over 1,000+ participants EVO is regarded as THE premier tournament for fighting game competition.
This year, EVO’s competition will be taking place at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, July 11-13. The following games will be on the main stage and streamed throughout the weekend:
- Ultra Street Fighter IV (Finals on Sunday)
- Ultimate Marvel Vs Capcom(Finals on Sunday)
- Smash Bros. Melee(Finals on Sunday)
- Killer Instinct(Finals on Sunday)
- Blazblue: Chrono Phantasma(Finals on Sunday)
- The King Of Fighters XIII(Finals on Saturday)
- Injustice: Gods Among Us(Finals on Saturday)
- Tekken Tag Tournament 2(Finals on Friday)
Streams Info
Most of the tournament will be streamed on the twitch.tv channels SRKEvo 1 , SRKEvo 2, and Capcom Fighters (Capcom Pro Tour). Below you can find the game schedule for each game that will be showcased.
