Has The PC Version Of Mortal Kombat XL Been Confirmed?!

It has been almost 7 months since the release of Mortal Kombat XL for the Playstation 4 and Xbox One console.

Since that time, there has been a rift within the PC Nether Realms community, those who have vowed never to support another Nether Realms title again and those who have constantly requested that they get answers to the PC versions absence in the latest update of MKX.

It was pretty easy to conclude that the update would never see the light of day for PC and that Nether Realms had moved onto their next project Injustice 2..then a poll happened and with it a new found hope that PC gamers would finally get what they had clamored so long for.

Now a new tweet from MKX producer Ed Boon looks to give us the final question before we get what should be a definitive answer:

Like the cryptic tweet Ed revealed for the enhanced online announcement, paying attention to each word purposely capitalized(one of which is spelled incorrectly) in the sentence leads us to what we may officially be able to announce soon, MKXL PC!!

It has been a long time coming indeed but if Nether Realms has in fact managed to successfully make improvements overall to the PC version of MKX then we certainly welcome the latest update in the series with open arms!!
