Mortal Kombat XL Gets An Official Release Date On PC!!

Nether Realms Studios has revealed more information about the upcoming release for the Mortal Kombat X upgrade on the Steam PC Client!!

Mortal Kombat XL will be available for download on October 4!! MKXL will include the Kombat Pack 2 featuring Xenomorph from Aliens and Leatherface from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. The upgrade will also come with previously released content which includes character skins and the first Kombat Pack.

While it has been confirmed that players will get a free patch that includes the enhanced online and character balance changes, nothing has been revealed in terms of pricing for the other upgrades as of yet.

The latest update for the PC has been taken on by game developer Qloc, a company who has done a couple PC ports in the past.

While we don’t know when we will have the opportunity to do coverage on the latest update in the series, we certainly look forward to getting some hands on time with this upgrade and bringing you some first hand information at a later date!
