Cross-play Online Mode Now Available For 3DS One Piece and Dragonball Z!!
The Japan ver. update for the anticipated Cross-Game mode for One Piece: Great Pirate Colosseum and Dragon Ball Z: Extreme Butoden is now available on the 3DS.
Developed by Arc System Works, OPGPC and DBZEB features 1 vs 1 assist style game play. This is certainly a historic moment for video game development and were glad to see a fighting game is apart of it. The new update features both local and online modes for the cross play battles.
Unfortunately, there is no word on whether this fusion of epic proportions will make it here to the west as OPGPC has yet to be confirmed for a western release.
